Job Summary

InMotion Wellness Studio is looking for an outgoing, organized front desk team member to help schedule appointments via phone calls and text messaging. This team member will be the first point of contact for new members scheduling sessions and inquiring about the services we offer.

Schedule

Monday through Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour lunch break from 1pm-2pm daily)

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments over the telephone. On average, there will be ~150 outbound phone calls to prospects and members of our corporately owned and managed studios.
Complete administrative tasks to ensure the success of clients as well as team members.
Accommodate members by answering and directing incoming calls and text to the correct person.
Work alongside our Corporate Team in our company Head Quarters in West Ashley.

Qualifications

Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
Passion for improving health through exercise and stretching.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
